Of course, there is no one right answer because each use-case is different. Each audience is different. It may be fine for some websites and applications to have once-per-day updates while other situations demand updates every 15 minutes.
We recommend a minimum of 3 daily updates (open, mid-day and close) to minimize inaccuracies during days of high volatility.
