- the date and time of interactions;
- the customer, widget, or service through which Market Insights was accessed;

- information associated with an interaction, such as the market data series, benchmarks, subjects, or types of questions involved.
We use Market Insights interaction information to provide and operate the service, generate responses, maintain its security and reliability, evaluate and improve its performance and usefulness, troubleshoot problems, and understand how users interact with Market Insights and the market information available through it.
We may also analyze interaction information to identify usage patterns, frequently requested information, subjects of interest, and other trends. We may use aggregated or de-identified information derived from these interactions for analytics, service improvement, research, reporting, and development of our products and services.
Market Insights is designed for questions about market data and is not intended for submitting personal or confidential information. If you include personal information in a question or other free-text interaction, that information may be stored and processed as part of the Market Insights interaction.
Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, payment information, medical information, or other sensitive or confidential personal information through Market Insights.
Customer Reporting and Analytics
We may provide the customer through whose website or service Market Insights was accessed with reports, summaries, or analytics concerning use of Market Insights through that customer's implementation.
These reports may include usage statistics, topics or market data of interest, categories of questions, patterns of interaction, and examples or excerpts of questions submitted through that implementation.
Where appropriate, we may aggregate or de-identify information before providing it to the customer.
Contact information submitted specifically for customer follow-up is not included in Market Insights analytics or reporting except as necessary to fulfill that specific contact request.
Contact Requests Through Market Insights
Market Insights is primarily designed to provide information about market data. In most cases, inquiries about financing, products, services, or other matters relating to one of our customers may be directed to that customer's website or normal contact process.
In some implementations, however, a customer may provide users with the option to request that the customer contact them directly through Market Insights.
If you voluntarily provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, or other contact details specifically for this purpose, theFinancials.com will use that information only to facilitate your request and provide the information to the specific customer through whose website or service you submitted the request.
We do not use contact information submitted through a Market Insights customer contact request to market theFinancials.com services to you, create marketing profiles about you, or provide your contact information to other theFinancials.com customers.
Contact information submitted specifically for customer follow-up is handled separately from our long-term Market Insights interaction dataset. We retain it only for the period reasonably necessary to transmit the information to the relevant customer, confirm or support that transfer, address security or operational issues, or comply with applicable legal requirements.
If you independently include contact information or other personal information in an ordinary Market Insights question or free-text interaction rather than through a designated contact-request process, that information may be retained as part of the interaction as described in the Market Insights section above.
Once contact information has been provided to the customer in response to your request, that customer's own privacy practices apply to its subsequent use and retention of the information.
Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers to help us host, operate, maintain, secure, support, communicate through, or provide our websites and services.
This may include technology providers used to process information necessary to operate AI-powered features such as Market Insights.

Aggregated and De-Identified Information
Where practical, we may aggregate or de-identify information so that it no longer reasonably identifies an individual.
We maintain and use de-identified information in de-identified form and do not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by applicable law, including where reasonably necessary to evaluate whether our de-identification processes are effective.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, research, reporting, service improvement, and development of our products and services.
